Hi, I am Leona, and I believe it’s essential to invest in your health to enjoy a life full of joy, gratitude, and satisfaction. It’s this belief that guides my approach, including services, teachings, and treatments. I created Your One Precious Life to focus on helping clients improve their health and teach them tools to ensure they can maintain it too.

 

Your One Precious Life takes an integrative approach to providing health coaching. A healthy body is a combination of physical strength, emotional wellbeing and healthy lifestyle choices. At Your One Precious Life, we pride ourselves on the ability to change and impact lives in a healthy way. We do so by offering a variety of services to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

 

We provide in-studio, mobile and remote services. Our studio is based in Robina, only 5 minutes drive from Varsity Lakes, Burleigh, Mudgeeraba, Reedy Creek and Elanora, but we happily serve clients from the whole Gold Coast region.

I am NOT the kind of coach who lives in a weird bubble of ripped abs, twice boiled chicken with broccoli and rigid life rules = advanced aesthetics.

 

I know the science, the bro-science and the theory to apply that programming if you so desire. But my 20 years of experience has shown me you bring me that because you are unhappy with something, so let’s get to the real, shall we?

 

 

I believe in living this life, enjoying all it has to offer – being comfortable in swimwear in the summer; eating, drinking and being involved socially; while maintaining your awareness and fullest truth.

I understand life is full of challenges

I have lived what feels like a lot of lives so far – dealing with the 5 biggest stressors – death, divorce, relocation, major illness/injury and job loss – within a 3-year period!
